PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS: Frank Wozniak (ret. Detective)
Frank Wozniak retired from the Toronto Police Service after 31 years of dedicated service. He was trained and certified at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Polygraph Training facility in 1987. For 17 years Mr. Wozniak was the Forensic Polygraph Examiner administering lie detector test (polygraph examinations), conducting interviews and interrogations for all major criminal investigations. Mr. Wozniak has administered over 3000 polygraph examinations in issues ranging from National Security, homicide, sex crimes and all matters involving personal relationships. Upon his retirement, Mr. Wozniak opened his business, Toronto Polygraph Services Inc. in Brampton in 2004.
He is the past vice president of the Canadian Association of Police Polygraphists (C.A.P.P.) He is a member of the American Polygraph Association (A.P.A.) and the American Association of Police Polygraphists (A.A.P.A.) for the 30 years. He also holds membership in the British and European Polygraph Association.
Upon retirement, Mr. Wozniak was under contract and worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) administering pre-employment screening polygraph examinations and for Public Safety Canada for the Federal Government.
